Hi there! My name is Lasma. I’m a visual effects artist from Latvia based in the United Kingdom. Directly translated from Latvian, my name means Sparkling Pencil.

I’ve been drawing, painting, sketching and creating art since 2004. I learned traditional art from Latvian artists in art school then started to create digital art in 2012 and have been creating both since. I came to the UK to study animation and visual effects and now work as a Digital Matte Painter in the VFX industry.
